Feet elevated floor press. Step 2 with your hands a bit wider than shoulder width apart transfer most of your body weight to one hand. Use pillows to raise your feet up to the level of your heart. Feet elevated 1 5 bench press. Step 1 assume a standard pushup position with your feet elevated on a bench behind you.
Dumbbell chest press leg raise duration. Stack as many as necessary to elevate your feet to the level of your heart. Adding this brief pause will help improve both starting and explosive strength off the chest while teaching you how to stay tight throughout the entire lift. Feet elevated pause bench press.
Perform the standard feet elevated bench press but in between every full repetition add a half repetition starting from your chest. Raising your feet to heart level will help drain pooled blood from your feet and make it easier for your heart to increase circulation. Place pillows underneath your feet and ankles to elevate them. Perform the standard feet elevated bench press but when the bar touches your chest pause for 2 4 full seconds.
