Fitbit Floors Climbed Too High
All of the suddden my new fitbit thinks i m climbing sky scrapers every day.

I never had a problem with the charge and my floor count. I normally get around 20 40 floors day. I spoke with a fitbit rep on saturday and we reset my charge 3 but it s still having the same problem. I ve done 7 8 stairs today probably less but my fitbit charge 2 shows 59 floors.
You ve climbed 2 000 floors since joining fitbit. Hello i have same issue counting floors even when i do not climbed a floor. It seems to be counting 3x what i ve actually climbed. Anyone still having problems with the floor counter counting too high.
Fitbit devices that count floors have an altimeter sensor that can detect when you re going up or down in elevation. 212 floors 181 floors. In fact i climbed up a relativey steep hill for 1 mile which was 36 floors. This is a sensor that measures altitude based on atmospheric pressure.
