Fitbit Surge Not Counting Floors

I have restarted it that didnt work fed up with it it cost a fortune and doesnt work properly.

Fitbit surge not counting floors. I am assuming that the fitbit is broken but thought inwould raise the issue on here if it can be fixed easily with the app. Over the past week my fit bit has stopped counting floors. Sometimes i wake up in the morning and have already 8 floors done. It will count 1 floor for every 10 ft it detects you climbed. I normally do around 40 60 floors a day and no i m lucky if it registers 1. Fitbit charge 2 fitbit one or fitbit surge.

Since 25th of february the floor count is a total nonsense.
