Flickers In Attic Driving Me Crazy

Hello i just received dell s3220dgf revision a03 june 2020 and got screen flickering while g sync is turned on.

Flickers in attic driving me crazy. All this flickering is driving. In all games i have jagged edges and texture flickering in some games seems that the resolution is lower then 1080p my native monitor resolution even if i put it on native reselution. Well if you ever come across this and have an nvidia card make sure to go into the nvidia control panel and turn off. Hi after upgrading to windows 10 my cursor loading keeps flickering.
